Free Site Analysis for Architects: How Atlasly's Starter Plan Works

The current Starter allowance includes:

• Five saved site analyses per month. Use them to explore available evidence for your chosen sites.
• A maximum 2 km study radius. Choose a study area appropriate to your question; a radius is not a surveyed or legal site boundary.
• Site chat. Ask follow-up questions about the site and inspect the sources behind an answer.
• PDF and image exports. Review the generated material before including it in a brief, presentation or portfolio.

These are access allowances, not a guarantee that every data layer exists at every address. Missing results require a coverage check. See the site-analysis methodology for how to interpret the evidence.

Main site-workflow CAD, BIM and GIS exports depend on a paid plan and the output available in that workflow. The standalone Image to CAD tool separately supports CAD download with a free account; it reconstructs a supplied drawing or photo rather than exporting the site-analysis package. Choose the required format before evaluating the handover into your design application.

Portfolio export and financial calculators are paid features. Starter's PDF/image allowance should not be confused with access to the dedicated portfolio exporter.

API access is not included in the Starter API allowance. Public MCP checks and account-linked API or export operations are different access paths.

A plan allowance also does not replace the conditions of the underlying service or data source. Check available usage in your account rather than assuming an exact reset date or that an operation will always complete.

Professional is £49 per month, or £39 per month billed annually. Teams is £199 per month, or £159 per month billed annually. Enterprise has custom pricing. These are the published plan prices reviewed on 11 September 2026; confirm current terms on the pricing page.

Professional and Teams currently provide expanded saved-analysis allowances, a maximum 10 km study radius, portfolio and calculator access, and additional export formats. Professional lists 100 API calls per month; Teams lists 1,000 and five team members. A plan allowance does not establish a verified public REST endpoint: the REST contract currently publishes no callable operations. Review developer resources for current integration status.

Use the current plans to compare the price, billing term, seat requirements and export access for your project. An account allowance can differ from the limits of a particular operation: an API request may accept a smaller radius, and an export may depend on the information collected for that site.

Upgrade for a specific requirement you have tested, such as a supported CAD handover or shared project access. A paid subscription does not turn incomplete source coverage into verified site evidence.

Choose a site you already know and a question with an answer you can independently check. For example, you could compare the study boundary and a known planning constraint with the responsible authority's published information.

1. Confirm the location and boundary assumptions.
2. Record which sources are returned, their dates and any coverage gaps.
3. Compare a finding with the primary source; do not infer absence of a constraint from a missing result.
4. Export the available PDF or image and check that the location, labels and conclusions are clear.
5. Record the useful findings, corrections and follow-up checks before deciding whether the workflow fits your brief.

Some public checks can be used without an Atlasly account. Account-linked operations may require sign-in and the relevant project, export or monitoring entitlement. Public access should not be read as a promise of unlimited request throughput or identical access to every tool.

Starter can fit an evaluation or occasional site study when its saved-analysis allowance, radius and PDF/image output cover the work you need to do. Students can use those outputs as inputs to their own analysis, keeping source references and academic requirements in view.

Consider an eligible paid plan when you need a supported design export, the portfolio exporter, financial calculators, API access or team features. Before choosing it, check one representative output in your receiving application: coordinates, units, geometry and source detail can affect how much preparation is still needed.

There is no substitute here for a measured survey, an authoritative policy check or appropriate professional assessment. Compare tools on the task they help you complete and the evidence you can inspect, rather than assuming a free analysis is equivalent to a consultant's full scope.
